Nuclear Notebook is intended to be a simple and straightforward chronicle of events in the complex world of nuclear power, weapons, medicine and waste. It is intended only as a rough guide to developments which are occurring in the nuclear world and will rely heavily on the output of major news organizations around the globe. It will look at both the upside and the downside. From time to time it will post links to websites of interest and quote both supporters and critics of nuclear power and the ways in which that power is used.
